Lovely, spacious and well-lit flat, spread over 3 floors, with a big living room and 2 bathrooms. The room is spacious, with high ceilings, and furnished. You’ll have a bathroom to yourself, with a separate shared toilet. Located in a very nice residential area, a really big Sainsbury's 2 minutes away, many local and charity shops, pubs and restaurants, lots of green areas with Alexandra Palace only a 10 minutes walk away. Good transport links with Turnpike Lane (Picadilly Line, 10 min walk), Hornsey train station (5 min walk) and lots of buses.

The room is £782 per month, and bills are ~£110 per month (includes council tax, gas, water, electricity, internet). The move-in date is January 3rd, or there abouts.

We are three professionals (Katja, Rozi and Ariane) looking for one more person to fill the flat! We're a sociable house, often found crafting and watching trashy TV together.
