Bedroom in Beautiful Crouch End House

We live in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Crouch End, North London. We are looking for a nice, clean queer-friendly flatmate to take over a bedroom on the top floor. We are preferably looking for one person without any pets, as we already have one dog, a 12 year old Irish Red Setter Rua. She is clean, sweet and mostly keeps herself to herself.

The room has a shared bathroom with a shower, which is shared with one other flatmate on the same floor. The house has a communal lounge, living room, kitchen and garden.

We are all friendly with one another, and occasionally sit and eat together, but generally do our own thing. The house is big so we rarely get in each other's way.

We have a cleaner once a week who cleans the whole house, including personal bedrooms. This is not included in the rent.
