Cozy room Crouch End/Hornsey £750pcm

Hello, we are Barbara and Jonathan, and we are looking to find a lodger for our spare room. We are a stone’s throw from Priory Park, within walking distance of Crouch End and right next to a bus stop (serving routes 144 and W3).

About the room:
We live in a first floor flat of a converted house. The room is bright and cozy coming with:
-Double bed
-Wardrobe
-Chest of drawers
-Small desk
-Closet
There is also a shared bathroom and kitchen (the latter of which contains the washing machine and tumble dryer).

About us:
We are a quiet couple who have been living here for 15+ years. We have previously rented the room to friends in the past. Jonathan is mainly working from home and when not working is content with watching TV/playing computer games and occasionally venturing outside. Barbara is currently abroad but is home from time to time. There is a third member of our household, our cat. Napoleon does all the things a cat does. He will try to guilt trip you into giving him treats… but don’t listen to him.

Who we are looking for:
Ideally, we would like to find someone that is also quiet and that we can get along with well. We are looking for a non-smoker but other than that we don’t have any other preferences. We are just looking for someone that we feel is compatible with us. Oh, one last thing… you must be a cat lover (or at the very least, not allergic to cats).

The price:
This will be £750 per calendar month with all bills included. This also includes broadband internet. We are also asking for a security deposit of £750.
