Bright, quiet Room in Crouch End area

Leaving my gorgeous bright double room in Crouch End flat to move in with some friends closer to my university for my final year.

It has a double bed, high ceilings and huge windows on 2 walls of the room so tons of natural light. Big living room, and spacious kitchen with double american style fridge. We have a cleaner who comes in once a fortnight so the house is always kept super clean and tidy.

There are 3 people already living here all above 30 years old. We are looking for someone in their 30s and above.
It’s very much a quiet flat, can keep yourself to yourself, but everyone is super friendly.
It's not a party flat and we don't tend to have guests over.
But if you're looking for a great location to live in, close to parks and wonderful coffee shops this is your place.

Just to note - 2 x housemates are smokers, but smoke outside in the patio area and not in the property.

Theres a little patio to have your coffee in the sun, in the summer.
Amazing bakeries within a skip away
Outdoor lido 10 min walk away.
Bike storage space too.
Desk, stand up desk and desk chair available to purchase off me if needed.
Bills not included

I’ll be moving out on 15/16th September.
