The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washing machine and spacious cupboards for toiletries. Built in wardrobes and storage (for suitcases etc) and an elevated bed with a comfy 120 cm wide mattress.
The studio comes fully furnished and has underfloor heating throughout.

It is on the ground floor with large sash windows with shutters and shares a main entrance through our front door but has its own door with lock on it. We are a family of three with a Labrador/Mastiff living on a quiet road next to a park in Crouch End. As the room sits within our house we are seeking a full time working professional with an office to go to most or preferably all days of the week.

All bills are included (water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet) as well as cleaning every two weeks. Free parking on road adjacent to ours. Parking permit can be discussed.

This is for a long term rental only (6 months minimum, a year preferred) References will be needed.

Transport from Crouch End to central London is excellent and fast. The flat is 12-15 minutes by bus from Finsbury Park with frequent departures.
Finsbury Park is 9 minutes away from Oxford Circus on the Victoria line, 12 minutes away from Holborn on the Piccadilly line and has several, quick over ground direct links to the city (Old Street and Moorgate) as well as to many cities north of London; Cambridge and Stevenage to name a few.

The Area:
Crouch End centre is a 3 min walk away with coffee places, cosy brunch cafes, restaurants, great pubs, grocery shops and several excellent fruit and vegetable shops. Loads of green parks, woods and near both cinemas, theatres and Alexandra Palace with concerts and other events.
