We are seeking to exit our tenancy from our beautiful home in leafy Crouch End and would like to find replacement tenants to take over our tenancy for the whole house as we are returning to Australia.

This ad is for persons interested in the rental of the whole property, not a single room by room basis.

The tenancy is currently set for 12 months running from 6th April 2024 to 5th April 2025. (We had only just signed to renew when our circumstances changed).

There is a two (2) month notice period that can be exercised after four (4) months.

The rent is only 2,750 per calendar month (excluding bills) which is excellent value for the area!

If you fit the bill then get in touch and we can start the process with our property management. They won’t accept DSS / benefits. They’ll only accept applications from professionals with suitable references.

It is a 3-level, 3-bedroomed modern terraced house close to excellent transport links (Archway, Highgate and Finsbury Park tubes, Crouch Hill over ground) and closely positioned to enjoy walks in Alexandra Palace, Queens Wood, Highgate Wood and Hampstead Heath.
