Short term - Spacious double room – lovely garden!

Big double room in a funky garden flat for the summer! Looking to rent the room for July, August, September (can be flexible – just ask!) with all bills included 😊 Professionals and mature students welcomed!

The room comes with a double bed, lots of wardrobe and drawer space, and is decorated in my own unique style with houseplants, dried flowers, and frames. Houseplants are optional.. if you don’t feel like caring for them, I can move them for the summer! Apart from the aforementioned decorations, I will ensure most personal items and clutter is removed for your stay.

This is a 2-bedroom flat with no shared living room, although the kitchen is spacious, and we have a couch in there if you don’t feel like staying in your room. We also have a big (for London!) garden with a lawn and some garden furniture for taking in the London sun. We are lucky to have always had quiet and friendly neighbours.

You will be living with one other person who I have personally lived with for over a decade and can vouch for. We are both friendly and up for chat but value our privacy - so would be looking for someone similar to replace me for the summer. We are more of a peaceful house than a party house and the area we live in is lovely and quiet, 1 minute from Priory Park and 5 minutes from Crouch End Broadway by foot. There are bus stops which take you to Finsbury Park at either ends of our road and the buses are super regular which helps for a simple commute to the city.

We keep our house tidy and share the cleaning of communal spaces; that being said the flat is not a new-build so can be (charmingly) rough around the edges as can be expected from an old London house.

As you can see from the photos, being a dog-lover is an absolute must as we share our home with our six-year-old rescue Chi Chi. We will consider people who also have a dog, so please get in touch to ask about that.
