Large south facing double room with ample storage available 18th August or 18th September.

The flat's on the 2nd of floor in a 1930s block situated on beautiful, tree lined road about 6-7 mins walk from Crouch End Broadway. The flat's spacious, a good size for a two bed, light and airy, with wooden flooring and has a nice balance of modern fittings (particularly in the bathroom & kitchen) but with additional original features.

The living room is pretty much furnished: there's two sofas, a fold out dining table and a small coffee table. Handy if you're looking for somewhere already feeling homely. There's room for additional plants, other knick-nacks, or potentially more depending on needs.

I'm ideally looking for someone that's pretty chilled / easy going but also values / is happy to maintain tidiness / cleanliness that helps create a nice home environment. Relatively independent with their own stuff / hobbies going on is also good but friendly also.

Me:
Graphic Designer, originally from South London suburbs. Niche music lover. Tap room frequenter, plants, gigs, SE Asian and Middle Eastern food. Low key, yet friendly.

The Area:
Crouch End is a relaxed green spot that feels safe, laid back and peaceful. There are plenty independent shops, a couple of record stores, pleasant cafes / coffee shops /restaurants / pubs / bars as well as a supermarket chains and great independent grocery stores.

Bills:
Gas / Electricity, Water, C. Tax, and Broadband come to around £180-190 per month each

Contract:
Contract renewal is on 17th August and is 9 months through David Astbury's Estate Agents. This can be renewed once the 9 months has expired.
