The Area:
Crouch End is a relaxed green spot that feels safe, laid back and peaceful. There are plenty independent shops, a couple of record stores, pleasant cafes / coffee shops /restaurants / pubs / bars as well as a supermarket chains and great independent grocery stores.
Bills:
Gas / Electricity, Water, C. Tax, and Broadband come to around £180-190 per month each
Contract:
Contract renewal is on 17th August and is 9 months through David Astbury's Estate Agents. This can be renewed once the 9 months has expired.
