Huge bedroom in Crouch End - looking for someone to replace me until the end of the tenancy in September with the option to stay on after ☺️

The two flatmates are amazing, I’m so sad to be leaving them! We’re a social flat and like to hang out on the weekends if we’re around but we also have our own lives and respect that 😊

🛏️ The room is the largest in the flat and the rent costs £750 pcm. Bills are usually around £180 though this might get cheaper in summer! The room is furnished apart from the desk and chair but would be happy to sell these!

🏡 The flat is in Crouch End in north east London. It’s on the Main Street which has loads of charity shops and coffee shops! Alexandra palace is a walk away and Finsbury Park is a 30 min walk.

🚎 Finsbury Park is a 10 min bus journey or 30 min walk (Victoria/Piccadilly/national rail), Archway is a 10 min bus or 30 min walk (northern line) and Hornsey train station is a 15 min walk with direct trains to Moorgate in 20 mins. The bus stops are pretty much directly outside the flat and there’s a bus which goes from outside the flat to Trafalgar Square via Holburn too.
