We're looking to fill 1 very large bedroom in a 4 bedroom house in the heart of Crouch End.

The room is at the front of the house on the middle floor, get's direct sunlight, has two sets of windows.

The house is big, has a lovely garden, spacious living room and kitchen as well as ample storage space.

There are 2 full bathrooms on the top and bottom floor shared between 3/4 of the tenants (one of the rooms is ensuite).

Crouch End is a great area with a selection of supermarkets, bakeries, cafe's, gyms and cinema's all on your door step.

Currently living with 3 housemate, 3 male, 30-32, all very clean and friendly types, gaffer, doctor, operations manager.

You - Anyone welcome, we enjoy living with people of different backgrounds, cultures and sexualities. Looking for a friendly person who cleans up after themselves. The agreement will be with an agency and they will do some basics checks about income/employment etc. Not a party house, no smoking indoors.

Bills roughly an additional £225 PCM includes (Council Tax Band F, Virgin Media Wifi, Gas, Electric, Water ).
