Top floor apartment available in friendly house

We are renting the top floor of our 3-story, 4 bedroomed house in Crouch End. It is fully furnished and there is a double bedroom, separate bathroom, separate living room, ample storage space and a fridge/tea station for making hot drinks and snacks.

The main entrance to the house is shared and the kitchen is shared as well, although there are basic kitchen facilities in the apartment. The rest of the living space on the 3rd floor is completely separate and private for your use only.

The apartment is ideal for somebody who wants their own place and perhaps needs a cheaper option than a fully independent 1-bedroom flat.

I am a 41-year old doctor and I live in the the house with my partner who is 53.
