We are looking for someone to move into the spacious, double bed, en-suite mezzanine in our Crouch End flat. The room is available from now and will be £1400 pcm with all bills included (except for a cleaner every 2-3 weeks, which we will share the cost of).

About the flat:
2 bedroom with a spare room that leads onto a terrace (the spare room is being used as an office for one of us but you will have full access to the terrace).

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Your room will have an en-suite with a shower and bath.

Location:
6 minute walk to Hornsey station which takes you to Finsbury Park (5 mins) and Old Street (15 mins)

There’s also a bus stop right outside that takes you to Archway (15 mins), Turnpike Lane (10 mins) and Finsbury Park (10 mins).

There’s a corner shop 1 min away and Crouch End high street is a stones throw with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Big Sainsbury’s just a 5/10 min walk away too.

Priory park is our closest green space & Alexandra palace is not far either.

About us:
We are a young professional couple who both work from home full time. We use our bedroom and the small spare room as an office.

We are quite active and are busy most weekends but love to relax and enjoy the flat and all Crouch End has to offer. We are very clean and tidy and love to cook.
