I need to move out of my studio flat in Crouch End ( on Broadway, the Main Street but not facing the traffic 😊) to start a new job in August in Paris. Move in date in July can be negotiated if you need to move in fast.

The flat is a studio with a kitchenette and a nice shower room. It is on the second floor above a pub but you won’t be annoyed by punters as it is quite civilised and the closing time are decent.
The rent is £1050. Bills not included.

The studio comes with furniture, table and 4 chairs, a small double bed. There is a washing machine, a small oven, a small fridge and a cooker. The flat is a white canvas that just demands for more personality.

The best part is… you can have a pet. Dog or cat.
If you know the area, Crouch End N8, and you are a dog owner, it is HEAVEN. You have priory park, stationers park, Alexandra Palace and Highgate woods nearby. It is brilliant.
