Large Room with En Suite and Balcony in Crouch End

Hi all! I am leaving London in August, so will need someone to take my room in a lovely shared flat located in Crouch End.

The room is on the top floor of the flat, is very spacious, and has an en suite as well as private access to a balcony (which has been wonderful to have in the midst of summer!) It will come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is another chest of drawers, a desk, a bedside table, and a bookcase (the white ones that are in the pictures) that are mine. However, if you were interested in the room I would be more than happy to sell them to you for a nominal fee.

We also have a large shared living room (sofa, TV, dining table), and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, washer-dryer, fridge and freezer) that you would be sharing with the other flatmates.

The flatmates you would be sharing with are two men in their late twenties, who are both working professionals. One works in tech and will be moving into the flat in mid July, and the other works in healthcare and has lived here for for a few years.

The area is a great place to live - there are a variety of places to eat and drink, lots of shops, and walking distance from Ally Pally. Hornsey train station is a five minute walk away, Turnpike Lane is a fifteen minute walk away, and there is a plethora of bus options located very close by.

The room is available for at least two months from August 14th as you would be replacing me on the current tenancy which runs until October 13th. PLEASE NOTE that if you would like to stay beyond two months, there will be the option to renew the tenancy for a further 12 months. You will also require a reference from your previous landlord and an employment reference. The rent does not include bills, but bills work out to be about £100-£120 a month including council tax.
