Great flat and even better flatmates in Crouch End

Hello! We're Ben and Liv, two long-time friends who are looking for a friendly, relaxed and tidy person to join our lovely apartment in the centre of Crouch End.

The rent is £1093 per month (without bills) but it's genuinely good value (by admittedly mad London standards) for such a nice place.

We want to do viewings asap as we're looking to get a new person signed up in the next 2 weeks for a move in date of 31st August.

About the room/flat: Your room is light, spacious, has loads of storage, AND comes with a brilliant en-suite and access to one of our two balconies!

The apartment is of a really good quality. It’s the top floor flat and was only built a couple of years ago, so everything is new and in good condition. We've got a good sized and bright kitchen/living room, two balconies, and each of us has our own bathroom.

If you don't know Crouch End, it’s a really nice place to live. There are loads of good places to eat/drink, it’s close to local parks, and feels like a very safe community. Even though there's no tube, the commute is still fine (it only takes us about 40 mins to get to central london and we're just a 10 minute bus from Finsbury park station). Bills normally come to around £170 a month.

About us:

Ben- I'm 29, I work for a Labour MP (I promise not to bang on about politics). I'm generally fairly busy during the week, but in my spare time I like to play football and go out for a drink with friends.

Liv- I’m Liv, I work for a charity and often busy during the week too playing hockey or seeing friends.

We promise we're slightly more interesting than our bios make us appear!

We've both known each other since we were kids, so you would be moving into a friendly flat with a nice atmosphere. We do have mutual friends that we often see on weekends but we also both have quite busy independent lives and are often out and about during the week. When we are in together, we do like going out for a drink or watching tv and you would be of course be welcome to join!
