Double Room in Crouch End

Hi there,

We seek a new housemate to fill our double room at Crouch End.
The room is available from 14th August.

About the room:
- Small Double Bed
- Plenty of storage
- Own Balcony with access from the Window
- Sunset View
- Overlooking the back garden with lots of natural light
- Shelves on the wall

About the house:
- Kitchen and lounge (separate rooms) are both very spacious
The living room has two double sofas and a TV with Chromecast
- Virgin fibre broadband at 500mbs
- Dining table and very well-equipped kitchen including three fridges, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher
- Large garden with BBQ
- Cleaner once a week
- Bathroom (shared by three others) plus separate WC downstairs
- House is always cosy thanks to double glazing

Current flatmates:
Once you move in, there will be five in total: four professionals, two females, and two males in their 30s and 40s.
We're hoping for a clean and tidy, sometimes sociable flatmate, male or female, who is happy to hang out together occasionally. It's OK if you prefer to spend time in your room.
The house tends to be chilled and quiet, but we get together for a drink/movie occasionally.

The Area:
We are 5-minute walk from Hornsey, which has a direct line into Moorgate; a 10-minute bus ride takes you to Finsbury Park, which is on the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.
The wonderful independent cinema, the Arthouse, is just a minute away. We are also close to a range of excellent bars, cafes, and restaurants.
Crouch End also boasts several gyms and a wealth of great charity shops. Alexander Palace is up the road and a great place to walk or run.
