A cozy and well-lit en-suite room available in a modern two bedroom apartment in Crouch End, close to Alexandra Palace. The room has ample storage with a built-in wardrobe and cupboards, and has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/bath. There is a large window facing South East, which lets in plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The room is unfurnished.

The apartment has an open-plan living room with large windows that also let in lots of light. There is a balcony that you can access from the living room and a communal roof terrace!

The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a washing machine and large fridge freezer.

There is an additional shared bathroom with a shower.

We are looking for a tidy and respectful individual to share this lovely home with a friendly and considerate nurse from Sweden. I'm leaving the flat to move in with my partner, but have loved my time here, living with a close friend. This is a great flat, in a great area, and we're friends with the neighbours upstairs as well.

Hornsey rail station is a 5 minute walk away, with trains direct to Kings Cross, Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate. There are also a number of local buses.
