Cosy sunny room in Crouch End

Hi everyone!

My name is Sasha and I am unfortunately moving back to Australia and will therefore be vacating my room in Crouch end from the end of September.

The room - is a cozy double room that is currently furnished. Although the room is small it has two huge windows and gets so much light which is incredible! (Please note that with the current furniture in the room there is no room for a desk and wouldn’t suit someone who works from home).

The house - the house is situated in a lovely quiet street in Crouch end. We are the second and third floor of the house and have a total of 4 bedrooms 😊 We share a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet and have a HUGE living area that gets so much light and is absolutely beautiful!
Crouch end is a beautifully quaint suburb with a village vibe (super safe and quiet) Super close to Highgate, Muswell hill and Harringay. 10-15 minute bus to Finsbury Park (Victoria line). 10 min bus to Highgate (Northern line). 20 minute walk to Turnpike lane (Piccadilly line) and 5 min bus to Crouch Hill (overground).

The housemates - you will be sharing with 3 lovely housemates; Sonca and Lukas who are a couple, who both work in the events industry and Qiu who is a student. We are a quiet, calm and respectful household who enjoy our alone time but hang out every now and then. We are looking for a housemate who is kind and considerate and will make the house their home.

The nitty gritty - rent £625/month, bills ~£130/month, security deposit £653.

This house is perfect for someone who is looking for a quiet and calm household and is also on a budget! The rent price is a steal! Crouch end is so safe and a lovely place to live with amazing bars and cafes and parks around!
