Looking for a new flatmate

Hi, this is Veronica and Gigi. We're two professionals living in a nice 3 bedroom house in Crouch End.
The house is structured on 3 levels, ground floor there's a kitchen-living room with back yard, 1st floor there's one double bedroom and one toilet, 2nd floor there are the remaining 2 double bedrooms. The room available is a lighty double bedroom (now with single bed, but we can arrange to put a double bed) with a lot of wardrobe space, rough measures are 2.30m X 3.10m.
The rent is 700£ pcm plus bills (average 100-130£ pcm).
Crouch End is a lovely and quaint borough with load of shops, pubs and amenities. You can find anything you need at walking distance.
Closest transports are Finsbury park (Victoria line, Picadilly line, train station) - 10/15 mins by bus and Crouch Hill (Overground line) - 5/10 mins by bus.
The flatmates - Gigi and I are two professionals working in hospitality. We spend most of the time at work (unfortunately!), but we try to create a nice family vibe in the house. We're clean and tidy people, always up for a chat, but we also respect a lot each other’s space. “
What we're looking for? We're looking for someone who feels like they can fit in with us, a tidy and clean person who loves to joke and have a laugh with us. Guests are welcome at any time, we love to meet new people, but no party people please, we try to keep our parties for the outside!
