Bright, spacious double room in Crouch End

Hi! We’re Chelsea and Emma, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over the double bedroom in our flat.

The room comes furnished with everything, except the bed which our current flatmate is happy to sell for £100, or you can bring your own. The room has a lot of natural light and space and is in the back of the flat so it’s quiet. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one person (Emma).

You will need to pay a deposit to the agents (we will confirm exact amount but around £550!) and you’ll undertake reference checks before signing onto a contract which will start on 26 September.

The room and flat are both quite spacious. We are really centrally located to Crouch End Broadway, with the W7 bus stop (which goes to Finsbury Park in about 10-15 mins) just a few minutes walk away, and Waitrose/Tesco/Sainsbury’s local a few mins walk away too.

Bills aren’t included and come to around a max of £150 per person each month (it’s highest in the winter as we’re paying more for gas/electricity as we use it).

We both have our own lives but catch-up with each other and hang out, watching films or going for the occasional roast, so we’re definitely looking for someone who wants to treat the place like their home and keeps it tidy :)

Chelsea (27) works as a civil servant spending 3 days a week in the office. In my spare time, I enjoy going to spin and yoga; spending way too much money on nice dinners out; seeing my friends and watching the latest Netflix show ☺️

Emma (31) works from home (usually tucked away in the corner of the living room) for a magazine. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to the gym, travelling and just chilling out listening to music/watching tv shows and films 😊
