Large Double Bedroom Available Near Finsbury Park

We have 1 great-sized double room available from October in a house in Crouch End.

HOUSE -

Super rare find in London that features a bar, a pool table, really huge kitchen space thats great for dinner parties and good sized garden space. The house is also detached so no noisy neighbours. We have 2 bathrooms, one with a bath / shower, the other with a shower. Parking permits are available if needed.

HOUSEMATES -

Current tenants are 3 girls and 2 guys between the ages of 26-31, the tenant moving out is a boy - we'd prefer a boy to keep a nice gender split for the house but are open to any gender. As a house, we are super social and love going to the pub together, watching trash tv, going to gigs, stand-up comedy, a good board game/pub quiz and are looking for someone who's happy to socialise. We'd ideally want to live with someone who is of a similar age, a professional housemate with 9 to 5-ish hours as well.

Jonni is from Yorkshire and works in marketing for a media agency, Jess is from Cheshire and also works in marketing in the media industry, Rogue works for in social media and Em is an actress and dog-sitter. I know it’s tricky to get a sense of us over a rental ad but we’re all super chilled & can chat anything from football to Married at First Sight.

ROOMS -

The room is a great-sized double that can fit a desk and comes furnished with an incredible wardrobe storage space - it also gets lots of natural light. Please get in touch for more pictures of the room as we can only post 9 pics of the house! It is available as of 20th October.

OTHER BITS -

The rent is 720 a month for the room, which includes council tax and water within that. The wifi/gas/electric is around 55 quid on top of this so it all in under 800! The house is 10 mins away from Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly lines) - it's also a 10 min walk from Hornsey station which has the overground to Central London. We love Crouch End as an area to live in, with cinemas, loads of decent pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The house is also 1 minute away from a 24 hour Asda which is super handy
