The gated house is fully furnished but the room is empty ready for you to move your things in. There is gated off street parking space for 2 additional cars to mine. The bedroom is spacious and has a private balcony. Your toilet is your own however the shower is shared, I am too tall to use my ensuite shower. There are 3 bathrooms in the house so plenty of options!

You’ll be living with myself and my two beautiful cats. Looking for someone respectful and up for frequent chats or shared meals. I value open communication and creating a supportive atmosphere. The occasional weekend gathering is of course absolutely fine but keeping the house tidy and professional during the week is a must.
