Double room available in a two bed flat in the heart of crouch end. Available from Oct. You would need to be able to provide references for the landlord.

There is a massive wardrobe in the bedroom and it comes furnished with a dresser and bed (there might be other furniture our current flatmate could leave but tbd)

Ideally looking for someone who works out of the house as we already have a wfh flatmate :)

Bills come to around 100 and include water, wifi, energy, and council tax!

You need to provide a right to rent share code to the letting agents, and potentially a guarantor depending on income.
