The flat:
Gorgeous light and bright flat split over 3 levels with a large shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine.

We're also lucky enough to have a spare room with a double bed and a HUGE balcony.

The location:
Super close to Crouch End High Street, 15 min bus directly outside flat goes straight to Finsbury Park. Right opposite Ally Pally and able to walk into Muswell Hill.

Lots of cute pubs around and able to get into the city easily! Parks, gym and lido just round the corner.

About us:
Looking for a professional, someone who's chilled and wants to make the flat feel homely. We work from the office 2-3 times a week and are looking for someone with the same schedule.

We love to have a little dinner party every now and then, drinks on the balcony, and watching trash telly together, but also respect each other's space.
