Double room in female only flat N8

I’ve got a double room available in N8 Crouch End from the 29th October (new month on lease will be from the 1st). £640 a month + bills. Council Tax band E

You’ll be with 1 Australian girl and 2 British girls all in their mid-late twenties. The area is lovely and close to good transport connections (Highgate and Finsbury Park both easy access). The girls are quite a social bunch and would like someone who is down for a cheeky bev and doesn’t mind people coming and going late on a weekend but respectful during the week.

Looking for another girl who is a good fit for the vibe of the house (like to be social but also everyone has their own lives) & who works full time to pass referencing. You’ll be taking my spot in the lease until end of April. Bonus points if you’re Australian or Kiwi to replace me :)
