Huge double room in a large shared flat in Crouch End (stone's throw from Crouch End broadway!), with a sizeable shared living room and kitchen. Currently two female housemates. Tenant would share a bathroom with one other person only.

The room comes furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, two large wardrobes and a fold out sofa bed.

We're looking for a female, around 40 y/o for a quiet, peaceful household to join us.

The property is right in the heart of Crouch End, though just off the high street/broadway, and opposite two excellent cafes, a Waterstone's, and a couple of fantastic restaurants. Less than five minutes walk to the Parkland Walk which takes you to Finsbury Park in one direction, or Highgate Woods/Muswell Hill in the other. Alexandra Palace around 15 minutes walk as well.
