Two large double rooms - Crouch End

I have two double rooms available from the start of October. I am already talking viewings for the smaller of the two but due to me vacating I have decided to post an add including the larger room.

Both rooms have recently been decorated, paint new carpets and the smaller has had a large double glazed sash added. They both come semi furnished with bed frames, and a built
In wardrobe. The chest of drawers, tables, shelves and armchair you see in photos will also be included.

I am looking for professional working individuals but do not mind students enrolled for the year forthcoming with part time jobs for security. I prefer not to have individuals working from home but this can always be discussed for someone who fits the bill.
