Beautiful Cosy Room in Bright Flat

Hello!

I'm looking for a new flatmate for my sunny, calm flat set just a 5 min walk from Crouch End Broadway.

A bit about me:

I'm a 27yo working in film/tv looking for a new flatmate as my friend sadly departs on her travels. I'd love to find someone who is working or involved in the arts/media. I'm pretty laid back but would love to find someone to join me at our many local pubs, bars and restaurants.
I am (mainly) vegetarian and do not have meat products in the house. Whilst I'm not necessarily against having omnivores as flatmates, I would prefer a veggie or pesci if at all possible.

About the flat:
The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian mansion block and captures the sun beautifully in the kitchen and living room throughout the day. It's really spacious and comes with a 3rd bedroom/study that I use when I work from home but has ample space for a second wardrobe (pictured) or storage for instruments/books etc. The flat is big enough that it allows for us to have our own space when we need it.

The room in question is cosy but as you can see from the pictures, fits everything in nicely. The bedrooms face away from the sun during the day which in summer is a blessing - and we got away with not using fans at all!

My current flatmate is happy to sell her bed frame, mattress and chest of drawers if you do not already have these.

The rent is £1050 per month and bills are on average £150-200 each depending on time of year. I am hoping to change providers to bring some of these prices down.

I have absolutely adored living here and hope you will too. Crouch End has everything you need.

The flat is right by the W3 bus stop that takes you to Finsbury Park Station in 5-10 mins.

Whilst I'm not a clean freak, I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful as I like to keep a calm atmosphere in the flat.
It's great for hosting dinners and friends, but this isn't necessarily a party flat.
