Large Double Room

I am moving out this spacious double room in Crouch End and seeking someone to take over the lease. The contract expires on 28th May 2025, with the possibility of renewal thereafter.

The room is unfurnished.

I need to move by the 1st of December, I might be able to move a little earlier, on the 29th.

The house is a large terraced property with a communal kitchen/living space, a dishwasher, a downstairs toilet, a three-piece bathroom, a separate upstairs shower, and a utility space with a washing machine and dryer. You'll be sharing with three lovely women between the ages of 28 and 35: Beckie, who is a Civil Servant; Mary, who works in Esports; and Charlotte, who works in publishing.

Rent is £702.49 per month, with additional monthly bills of around £200 each, covering a fortnightly cleaner, fast broadband (Virgin), and TV license.
The deposit is one month's rent, placed in a DPS scheme when you move in. For council tax (band E) purposes, the room is available only to working professionals and you will need to provide references to the letting agent before moving in.

The house is well-situated on a residential street with a bus stop at your doorstep which goes straight to Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria line). A 5-minute walk to a bus stop can take you to Archway (Northern Line) and a 15-minute walk to the Hornsey National Rail.

The local area has two cinemas, numerous bistros, bars, pubs, restaurants, gyms, local bakeries, conveniently located supermarkets, and several outdoor spaces, including the local woodlands.
