Unfurnished Large Double Room

I am moving out of this large double room in Crouch End, so I am looking for someone to fill it for me! The room has lots of natural light and plenty of space.

The house is a large terraced property with a communal kitchen/living space, a dishwasher, a downstairs toilet, a three-piece bathroom, a separate upstairs shower, and a utility space with a washing machine and dryer. You'll be sharing with three lovely women between the ages of 28 and 35: Beckie, who is a Civil Servant; Mary, who works in Esports; and Charlotte, who works in publishing.

Rent is £702.49 a month. The bill comes in at around £200 each month and includes a fortnightly cleaner, fast broadband (Virgin), and TV license. The deposit is one month's rent, placed in a DPS scheme when you move in. For council tax (band E) purposes, the room is available only to working professionals and you will need to provide references to the letting agent before moving in.

The house is well-situated on a residential street with a bus stop at your doorstep which goes straight to Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria line). A 5-minute walk to a bus stop can take you to Archway (Northern Line) and a 15-minute walk to the Hornsey National Rail.

The local area has two cinemas, numerous bistros, bars, pubs, restaurants, gyms, local bakeries, conveniently located supermarkets, and several outdoor spaces, including the local woodlands.
