Lovely big and bright room in Crouch End

We have a big sunny room available in our 2 bedroom flat. The flat is in an ~100+yr old house, so expect nice hardwood floors. Kitchen and bathroom is shared. We kept in unfurnished so far although there is a table with 3 chairs. Otherwise the room is empty (don't mind the rack in the picture).

We are both professionals often working from home but increasingly out of the country for various reasons. We work in the health/international development and energy fields.

Heads up, we prefer a week day lodger but are open to other applicants. We have good internet and all bills are included. Whilst you are welcome to bring a friend on occasion, we expect you to keep it down noise wise.

We'd need you to be tidy and be someone who cleans up after themselves.

The living room is where we work so it's not a shared space.
