This charming flat offers a comfortable home in the heart of leafy Crouch End. Two bedrooms, a study and one bathroom with the living room and kitchen leading out to a spacious garden that has lots of potential!
Our upstairs neighbours are lovely and noise is at an absolute minimum.
You would be moving into a well kept double room, but would also have the extra box room which would make a perfect study or dressing room! 2 rooms for the price of 1!
There will be a wardrobe left behind that came with the flat. My flatmate is also happy to sell some of her bedroom furniture.
The flat is situated on a sought after road and is just a couple minutes walk from Crouch End Broadway. There, you’ll find various shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cinemas (Picturehouse and Arthouse) and gyms (PureGym, YMCA and Virgin Active).
There is an easy, 5-10 minute bus route to Finsbury Park Station via the W3 (the W3 bus stop is on our road) or W7, as well as the 41/91 to Archway/Trafalgar Square. Stroud Green, Highgate, Muswell Hill (home to the famous Alexandra Palace), Wood Green and Turnpike Lane are also only short walks and/or bus rides away. Hornsey Station is close by (10 min walk) as is Crouch Hill Overground Station (20 min walk). It is also possible to apply for a parking permit.
For fellow Arsenal fans, the Emirates Stadium is also only a short bus ride away on the 91!
The contract runs from 4th October 2025- 4th May 2026. At the start of 2026, we will be triggering the break clause, for both of us to move out in May 2026. This is very important and you should not apply unless you are happy to leave in May 2026 too.
Bills (council tax Band C, tv licence, internet, energy, gas, water) are roughly £150-£180 mark> per person and there’s a deposit of £1283 to pay in advance. References to be carried out by agency.
You’ll be living with me; a friendly 28 year old Primary School Teacher at a local school. As you can imagine, teaching takes up a lot of my time, but I also enjoy reading, music, tv, watching sports (especially football), going to the gym, and you can often find me at a parkrun on a Saturday morning! I am sociable and love to have a laugh, but also enjoy and value my own company too.
I’m looking for a likeminded flatmate who is happy to strike a balance between giving each other space to chill individually, but also enjoys watching a netflix series together or the odd pub quiz, football match or local market! They must also be able to assist with making sure the flat is clean and tidy. Please no mouldy food left in the fridge and leaving the bathroom in a mess!
