Looking for a mature and calm house mate. You'll be sharing with 2 working professionals and a cat.
This is a quiet and relaxed home environment, no parties please!.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and large enough to be used as a communal dining area (no living room).

The flat is located on second floor.

We are ideally looking for someone to move in for 12 months, with potential to possibly extend this longer as well.

The rent is £500 per month and you will share the bills with the other flatmates (around £150/month).
The security deposit is £500 and will paid into the DPS scheme.
