The flat has four bedrooms in total, sharing with three others, mid 30s to 40s. There is a spacious lounge, a less spacious kitchen (featuring a great view of Alexandra Palace) and a couple of small separate areas of communal storage space. There's room for a bike in one of these spaces if you have one. Single toilet and bath/shower room are separate.

There is a regular cleaner employed for the communal areas and we try to keep the place relatively tidy in between visits.

Rent is £546 per month, bills + council tax roughly £120 to £140 per month (including cleaner).
