Double Bed Room to Rent in Crouch End

Hi!
I'm moving out of London soon and will be leaving behind a great room with my friends in Crouch End.
Adrian (27, German British Computer Science Student), and Julia (30, Kiwi Lawyer) are the flatmates staying on.
The house is great, on a quiet street in Crouch end, close to Harringay station and Finsbury park, and with good access to Parkland Walk.
We're a pretty social house, and like to cook together and with friends.
Our bills are roughly £120 per month including, broadband, council tax, water, electricity and gas. (That's with Winter Gas and Electricity usage, so likely to reduce over Summer).

The flat has two bathrooms (one large one with a bath), living room (with sofa, record player and speakers), a well stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, a utility room and plenty of storage space.
