Our housemate Grace is sadly moving out so we have cosy double room available in our open plan ground floor 3-bed flat

📍 Location:

• Crouch End (minutes from local shops, cafés, gyms with a real neighbourhood feel)

• We’re a 2 minute walk from the W7 bus that takes you to Finsbury Park station, which can get you into central London in about 20 minutes so perfect for commuting.

🏠 The house:

•The flat is a lovely ground floor space at the rear of a beautiful Victorian 4 story house. Our main entrance is a gorgeous floor to ceiling glass siding floor that leads out to the garden and is perfect for hosting dinner parties in the summer. We have a private locked gate to the side of the main house to gain access to the flat.

• Spacious, well-loved kitchen / dining area filled with natural light

• Beautiful 3 tiered garden with BBQ area and patio that opens into the kitchen, perfect in summer ☀️

• Relaxed, homely atmosphere - a great place to unwind after work

🛏 The room:

• A comfortable double room that’s best suited to someone who values a calm, cosy space with lots of storage.

• Happy for belongings to be stored in the lounge area as well as that’s quite spacious!

👭 The housemates:

• We’re two laid-back, sociable girls who really value the flat as a home. We love watching scandalous documentaries together, having a laugh, and enjoying chilled evenings (but also respectful of each other’s space and routines).

• Looking for someone 26–32, friendly, considerate, and on a similar wavelength.

Evie (29) works in the costume department for film, TV and theatre. I work from home a lot too making clothes and doing alterations. Avid vintage shopper and music lover. Always up for a glass of wine and chat!

Juliette (26) works in the partnerships team for a healthcare consultancy and is in the office 3 days a week. Always down for a wholesome activity (especially getting the Salomons out and going on a long walk). Big into live music, fitness and the occasional dinner party 🥂
