Room available in North London three bed

Hi there!

We’re two girls looking for another roommates to join our 3 bed flat in Crouch End. The flat is a lovely ground floor space at the rear of a beautiful Victorian 4 story house. The shared space is all open plan with a bight modern kitchen that leads into a cosy living area. We also have a private garden split over 3 levels with a decking and grill at the top. Our main entrance is a gorgeous floor to ceiling glass siding floor that leads out to the garden and is perfect for hosting dinner parties in the summer. We have a private locked gate to the side of the main house to gain access to the flat.

We’re a 2 minute walk from the W7 bus that takes you to Finsbury Park station, which can get you into central London in about 20 minutes so perfect for commuting. Crouch End is a really cute area with lots a pubs and shops, it’s got a nice village vibe to it but also well connected to other parts of London.

I work in the wardrobe department for TV and Film. So am either at home when I’m not working or away quite a lot on shoots. Grace works in Exec Recruitment and does a mixture of working from the office and at home.

We’re looking for someone who’s easy going and fun, who likes to hang out and watch a shit documentary on a Sunday night or have a pub catch up every now and again. We like having people round because the flat is such a great hosting spot but are also respectful of our neighbours who have young children above us.

Both of us have busy schedules because of our work but like to keep the house tidy. It is written in our contract that we are responsible for the maintenance of the garden so we keep on top of that when we can.
