Lovely&Cheap Double Room At Crouch End

Hello! I’m moving away from London so looking for someone to take my (super cheap) room at the heart of Crouch End.

The room will be available from January 27th and the lease is currently until May 10th, with potential to renew afterwards. Rent for the room is £592.50 and bills come around to £80-100.

You’d be living with 3 lovely flatmates - Ciara, Roman and Sophia.
Ciara (she/her) is 25, is an actor and creative freelancer, and enjoys knitting and going on walks.
Roman (he/him) is 26, works in psychology, and enjoys being outdoors.
Sophia (she/her) is 26, works in social research, and enjoys crocheting, baking (yes you can have some) and visiting markets.

We’ve all lived together for a few years now so looking for someone friendly who is respectful of the shared spaces and enjoys having a homely atmosphere. Cleanliness is important to us as a household and we have a weekly cleaning rota.

The flat is at the centre of Crouch End surrounded with lovely cafes, restaurants, and charity shops. Finsbury Park is a 10min bus / 7min cycle away, with great connections.

The flat has a cosy communal area with two sofas (where we like to hang out) and a dining table. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. And we have one shared bathroom with a bathtub.

The room comes with a bed (with storage drawer under), a desk, a rail, and a bedside table.
