Must be an animal lover as 2 cats and 1 springer spaniel live here!

IMPORTANT: I'm planning to install a new bathroom in the next 4 to 8 weeks, which will be inconvenient for a week with no shower available during that time. I'd reduce the rent by £150 for that month.
Transport
6 minute walk to the bus stop which then takes you to Finsbury Park in 10 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic.
