Due to career changes, two of us are / have moved away.
One tenant is still working in London living in the flat for the remainder of the contract until 31st July, and he's looking to stay for the next tenancy year.
He is looking to find two more people to flat share with.
It's in central Crouch End - 3 mins walk from the clock tower.
10/15 minutes bus to Finsbury park with good connections to central.
It has good road connections to the A1 / M25.
Bills are approximately an additional 100/150 pcm (this figure includes council tax).
The flat is not fancy (although Crouch End is) but is a solid property with a friendly landlord who responds quicky to any issues.
