Hey! We are looking for a new housemate to move in to a relaxed, friendly and mature 5 bed house share. Our current housemate is moving out to take advantage of his fully remote job by spending time in the Scottish and Welsh countryside, lucky bugger.

The house vibe is friendly, respectful and relaxed 😊 You'll be living with Bryn (m), 42, a Network Engineer for the Zoo who loves dogs, walks, and cosy local pubs; Charlotte (f), 30, a Leaving Care Advisor who loves music and the outdoors; Jez (m), 53, a Charity Employment Advisor who loves photography and music, plus myself, Sarah-Jane, 42 (f), a big nature, meditation and music fan, working for a children's charity. We are laid back but considerate and love the village-y feel of Crouch End and being out of the chaos of central London and making the place a comfy, relaxing home.

The house is large over two floors and the garden is very big, with lots of flowers in spring and a tree for shade and our neighbours are lovely. The location is great as we're very close to the shops as well as Queen's Wood, Ally Pally, and the Lido and gym are literally two mins away as is the main bus stop so commuting is easy and quick. There's also loads of independent coffee shops and restaurants nearby, two cinemas, plus a late night bar serving the best pizza!

We're looking for someone who is respectful and relaxed at home, and it would suit people who are mature and comfortable with themselves, who want a balance between hanging out together and time alone or out the house. We are all a mix of working in our rooms when we need to plus some time in the office/out at meetings/visits.

The House:
• Victorian 5 bed house over two floors
• Spacious lounge with a garden view and BBQ, perfect for summer evenings
• Modern kitchen with gas hobs and dishwasher, huge fridge-freezer, 2 bathrooms (one with bath, both showers are great!) and an extra toilet

Location:
• 10-15 minutes to Finsbury Park and Archway tubes (Victoria and Northern lines), and Crouch Hill overground station
• Very frequent buses to Finsbury and Archway
• Highgate (Northern line) is a 20 min walk
• Many parks and woods nearby
• Crouch End is close enough to get to central London in a reasonable time but feels like you are escaping the city chaos when you return home

The room:
- Big double + big window looking into garden + ground floor
- Includes a chest of drawers and wardrobe but no bed
- Jez is selling a brand new double bed frame for £75 ono, previously £150
- You will need your own mattress

Admin:
• You'll join our contract which will end on 4 April 2026 with the option to sign up for a further 12 months
- It's possible to leave mid-tenancy post April 26 if you don't want to stay until April 27
• Bills are approximately £150 pm (includes a fortnightly cleaner and super-fast internet)
• Right to Rent check and References required by the letting agent

Viewings:
• Sat 13th from 6pm; Sun 14th from 11am; and Mon 15th from 630pm
