Cozy double room in lovely flat in Crouch End

Hey everyone :)

Sadly I need to move out of my lovely flat right in front of Priory Park, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT! - The move-in date would need to be 10th May.

The flat’s in a great spot — about a 12-minute walk to Turnpike Lane Station, or around 15 minutes by bus to Finsbury Park (the bus stop is literally right outside).

The room is really quiet and comes unfurnished, but I’m selling my mattress and wardrobe if you’re interested.

The flat has a big open-plan kitchen and living room with an amazing view of the park.

You’ll be living with Lubos, a software engineer who enjoys gaming — he’s friendly and easy-going.

Bills are roughly £140 each (Property band B), and there’s a washing/drying machine too.
