Looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely flat in Crouch End / Hornsey area opposite Priory Park. The former flatmate has had to move out unexpectedly so looking for someone as soon as possible.
Important - The move-in date would need to be 10th May.
The flat’s in a great spot — about a 12-minute walk to Turnpike Lane Station, or around 15 minutes by bus to Finsbury Park (the bus stop is literally right outside).
The room is really quiet and comes unfurnished, but I’m selling my mattress and wardrobe if you’re interested.
The flat has a big open-plan kitchen and living room with an amazing view of the park.
Bills are roughly £180 each (Property band B), and there’s a washing/drying machine too.
I'm the other tenant in the flat, name's Lubos and I enjoy cycling and gaming.
