Furnished double bedroom with en suite

Hello!
We’re two women in our late 20s/early 30s, both working professionals, looking for a third person to join our three-bedroom maisonette in the heart of Crouch End. A spacious double room with an en suite bathroom is becoming available in July because our lovely friend/housemate will be moving into her own place.

We’re right off the main road, across from Dunn’s Bakery and opposite the King’s Head.

Great transport links:
• The W7 (very frequent) gets you to Finsbury Park in around 8 minutes
• The 41 goes directly to Archway
• Crouch Hill and Hornsey stations are both within a 15-minute walk

The flat is split over two levels with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room (with a TV), which has been great so far for hanging out, cooking, hosting friends, etc

About us:
We’re looking to create a home with a warm, sociable, family feel. We love having friends over for dinners, games nights, pre-drinks, and the occasional house party.
We’ve known each other for 10 years and are both from multicultural backgrounds. We’ll be very happy to tell you more about us when we meet :)

Who we’re looking for:
We’d love to live with someone who’s up for hanging out, sharing meals from time to time, and contributing to a friendly, relaxed vibe.
We’re also looking for someone who’s clean and respectful, and we’re very open to pets!

Accessibility:
there are stairs leading up to the front door, and the flat is split over two floors, so unfortunately it isn’t fully accessible.
