Hello! I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going new housemate to share this lovely 2-bedroom flat in Crouch End. My current flatmate, Rafaela, is moving in with her partner after two great years of living here together. The flat has a calm and happy vibe, and I'm keen to find someone who’ll help keep that energy going as we start a new tenancy from 18th July.

* Good-sized double with a built-in wardrobe
* Comes furnished or unfurnished – whatever suits you
* You’ll have your own private bathroom (the other room is ensuite)

👋 About Me:

I'm a furniture designer, working 3 days a week in the office and from home on Mondays and Fridays (though this can vary if I’m travelling). I love cooking, fitness, and keeping things wholesome and relaxed during the week. Weekends are often about walks, good food, or the occasional drink.

I’m looking for someone who wants a place that feels like a shared home – open to hanging out, sharing the odd meal or glass of wine, but also independent and respectful of space.
