Newly refurbished beautiful period property in the heart of Crouch End. I have 1 double rooms available from the 16th August for a 1 year contract, (renewable with a 6 months break out clause). This property spans over 2 floors, has a spacious kitchen, big living room, two bathrooms with separate toilet, tons of storage space and a lovely garden. The room is currently part-furnished (but furniture can be removed if you have your own or added if need a bed and wardrobe). It has large, luminous sash windows facing the garden, so quiet nights, peaceful sleep and plenty of natural light. The property has high ceilings, excellent insulation, and is completely free from damp or mould, which never happens in London!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances, including a dishwasher. There’s extra storage under the staircase and in two cupboards in the corridor.

The flat is in a pretty peaceful setting above commercial premises with minimal noise, we have a café storage room on one side and just one neighbouring flat on the other.

The flat is located in the middle of Crouch End, 1 min walk to Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury, 2 health food stores, a fishmongers and lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. It’s well connected to the centre with lots of buses to Archway and Finsbury Park station and night buses. There’s also a night bus to Tottenham Hale, perfect for getting those very early flight from Stanstead Airport.

We are looking for 1 flatmate who is respectful, clean, tidy, good at communicating their needs and respect boundaries, happy to share a chat and a meal, but also respect each other personal space.

A little but about us. You’ll be sharing your new home with two professional women, Cristina (Italian) and Alena (Slovak), we are both 40, work in the city, WFH 1 day per week, we both travel a lot, have a ton of hobbies, including skateboarding, dancing, strength training, live gig and visiting galleries and museums, walking/trekking and Pilates. We are happy positive, sociable, respectful and very clean and tidy people and would love to meet someone we could build not just a flat share but a home together.
