Are you looking for a sociable, friendly, clean house with three lovely gals? Are you a respectful and outgoing person? We have the flat for you!
It’s a lovely 4 bed 2 bath house near Crouch End with great transport links - less than 8 minutes walk to the Piccadilly and Great Northern lines and 20 minutes from central London. There’s a huge kitchen and dining area, a washer/dryer, separate lounge, and large garden with a bbq and storage shed. There’s also parking if you have a car. The room is a good size double with space for a desk and has direct outside access. You’d have one of the bathrooms to yourself.
We’re sad to be losing our current flatmate and are looking for a lovely guy to replace him! We’re all great friends and want someone who can be the same. There are three girls in the flat (2 Americans and a Kiwi), all in our late twenties. We love being social, having dance parties in the kitchen, watching sport, and being friends with our housemates. We love a pub night out as well as movie nights on the couch. It’s important to us to keep the house feeling like a home.
Must be progressive and LGBTQ+ friendly. No pets please (allergies). No smoking in the house.
