Hello, I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in Crouch End from 2nd November 2025 - 28th April 2026 while I go travelling (can negotiate dates slightly).
It’s in a spacious and bright 4 bed, 2 bathroom maisonette. It’s 5 minutes from Crouch End broadway, 15 minutes walk from Harringay station and a 10 minute bus/25 minute walk to Finsbury Park station.
My flatmates are 3 lovely ladies in their 20s - Georgia, Rebecca and Cait. They’re all working/studying… we do lots of cooking & pub time together, but the room is also very private and with direct access to the balcony! Plenty of storage space & fully furnished (the room includes a king size bed).
Rent is £1005pcm (bills excluded).
