A lovely double room available in a 3 bed flat in Crouch End. You’ll be sharing with 3 hospitality professionals - Myself, my girlfriend Phoebe & Ryan.
The room itself is on the top floor of the flat with a skylight so has plenty of natural light coming in. The room will come with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table & lamp as well as a media unit which can be used for storage etc. there’s also an attic space on one side which can be used for plenty of additional storage. There’s more than enough room for a desk if you need to work from home.
There’s 2 bathrooms in the flat, the one upstairs by this room is shared with Ryan, fully fitted with a shower, toilet & sink whilst the downstairs is used for myself & Phoebe or guests.
The flat is in an amazing little spot literally 10 seconds walk to Priory park, there’s also plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. around & just a short (less than 10 minute) walk to the centre of Crouch End. The bus stop for the W3 is also right on the doorstep which goes straight to Finsbury Park for Vic, Pic, overground & national rail. Otherwise the northern line from Archway / Highgate is pretty easy to reach & the flat is in both Lime & forest zones for cycle hire.
We’re looking for someone who’s happy to join us on our renewed lease from 3rd October which runs until next year. Also, since we’re all in hospitality we’re often away on weeknights & during the weekend. Usually we often come home later in the evening but usually no later than 12.30/1am meaning there’ll be plenty of time & space to yourself in the flat!
Most ideal days for us for viewing is Monday - Wednesday & Sundays.
Rent of £939pcm does not include bills which should come out to about £110-130pp but also looking to change gas & electric supplier in future to reduce this.
Please note that the landlord will only consider those in full time employment & can supply an employment reference & previous 3 months bank statements.
