Own top floor in beautiful house (3 rooms)

Sole use of 3 rooms!! Own floor so very private.

There is a pretty, peaceful bedroom, sole use of adjoining shower room (inc toilet & basin) and another room to use as a living room & dining room. I’d also consider use of this as storage to save on expensive storage costs.

There’s also a beautiful roof tce to share and large kitchen is shared.

I ask for a £70 pcm contribution towards bills.

This was my family home but kids have both left. It has a lovely, relaxed, stylish feel.

I work online from home as a therapist and have a little dog who is old & cute. I’d prefer someone who does not WFH but I’d consider 1 or 2 days per week WFH if it’s the right person.

I don’t eat meat and would prefer to te t to someone who won’t be cooking it (very often).

I’m easy-going, friendly, very clean and considerate.
