Hi I have a lovely freshly decorated double room for single occupancy, no overnight guests.

Located the centre of Crouch End. Close to all amenities and great transport links to Northern, Victoria and Piccadilly tubes lines viaArchway or Finsbury Park. The flat is in a secure gated complex sharing with one other person (and a well behaved cat). It’s well furnished with all mod cons including washing machine and dishwasher. Use of a parking space in the complex if needed. As you can see from the pictures there is a lovely terrace of the living area and a communal garden on the ground floor. Broadband and all bills included.

I am looking for a relatively mature person not necessarily in age but in outlook. Someone who would appreciate a calm friendly space to come home to and relax. I am happy to socialise, but equally if you just need time to retreat I’m fine with that too.

A little about me, I’m a health professional and a pretty chilled out person I work from home some days. I’m used to sharing with others and am respectful of people and their space.
