Cute double room in 3-bed maisonette to rent

There is a double room opening up in our bright and friendly 2-storey maisonette in the heart of Crouch End, and are looking for a new flatmate to join us!

The flat:
The flat occupies the first and second floors of an Edwardian red brick terrace. We have a well appointed kitchen and bathroom with shower, bath and toilet; plus a second toilet. The living room is particularly special, as you can see from the photos, with large sash windows (with beautiful stained glass at the top), a high ceiling with lovely period cornicing, and two extremely comfortable sofas where you will probably spend a good chunk of your time.

The room:
We are looking to let a room on the second floor. The room is cosy, fully furnished, with a west-facing window that gets lovely afternoon light.

The flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two flatmates, one female, one male, both young, friendly professionals, who have lived in Crouch End for a while. The flat is a welcoming, social space, which we like to keep clean and tidy. We have one downstairs neighbour, who is very pleasant and accommodating.

The area:
Crouch End town centre has a wonderful village feel, with lots of charming shops, cafes, and restaurants (and no fewer than two separate independent cinemas) and is a ten-minute walk from our house. Alternatively, Wood Green is a twenty-minute walk in the other direction if you're looking for more high-street shopping.

We're a ten-minute walk from Hornsey station, and a ten-minute cycle/twenty-minute bus from Finsbury Park (both the W3 and 41 buses have stops about a minute from our door).

There are gyms and parks nearby, and Queens Wood offers a surprisingly bucolic slice of wilderness right on the doorstep.

Costs:
Rent will be £620.00 a month.
Bills + council tax come to around £155.00 a month, but obviously subject to change.
